ワカサプリを製造する分子生理化学研究所では、大学病院や専門機関との共同研究に基づき高品質なサプリメントを開発しています。基礎研究支援から製品実用化まで最先端の研究・分析をし、製品開発に活かすよう努めています。

The Molecular Physiology and Biochemistry Research Institute, which manufactures Wakasapri, develops high-quality supplements based on collaborative research with university hospitals and specialized institutions. We conduct cutting-edge research and analysis, from basic research support to product commercialization, ensuring that these insights are applied to product development.

2．医薬品レベルの工場での製造　Manufactured in Pharmaceutical-Grade Facilities

製品は全製品、健康食品GMP認定工場での製造を行っております。

製品裏面の表示を見ると、「何が」「どれだけ」入っているかが分かります。
ですが、「どこで」「どうやって」作られたかを知る機会はあまりありません。
健康食品GMP認定は、安全かつ一定の品質を維持した製品製造を続けるためのシステムです。
分子生理化学研究所のサプリメントは、この健康補助食品GMP認定を受けた工場のみで製造しています。また、医薬品レベルの高い安全性と品質での製造を独自に定め、食品の配合誤差は±20%が許可されていますが、当社製品は医薬品と同等基準の表示を下回らない設計をしています。


All of our products are manufactured in GMP-certified health supplement factories.
The label on the product shows you what and how much is included. However, there are few opportunities to learn about where and how the product was made.
GMP certification for health supplements is a system that ensures the continuous production of safe products with consistent quality.
The supplements from the Molecular Physiology and Biochemistry Research Institute are manufactured exclusively in GMP-certified facilities. In addition, we have established our own high standards for manufacturing with pharmaceutical-level safety and quality. While the allowable margin of error in the composition of food products is ±20%, our products are designed to meet standards that do not fall below those of pharmaceuticals.

3．品質管理体制　Quality Control System

原料原材料がどこで生まれ、どこを経由して加工されているかが管理され、それらをいつでも開示できる原料のみを使用しています。
一部の国で作られた食品が不安視されている中、原料の流通経路が明らかな原料のみを選んでいます。
また、残留農薬検査や成分分析など200を超える検査項目を定め、原料の由来原料やその製造工程、残留農薬など、様々な試験や検査、分析をクリアしている、安全性と品質が保証されている原料のみを使用しています。

 

We carefully monitor where our raw materials are sourced and how they are processed, ensuring that only raw materials with transparent supply chains are used. In light of concerns about food produced in certain countries, we select only ingredients with clearly traceable distribution paths.
Additionally, we perform over 200 tests, including pesticide residue tests and component analyses. Only raw materials that pass various tests, such as origin verification, manufacturing processes, and pesticide residue checks, are used. This ensures that the safety and quality of our ingredients are fully guaranteed.
